Curious about American Foxhounds?
Posted by: | CommentsI’ve seen some pictures and I’ve read some information, and I’ve fallen in love with American Foxhounds. If anyone has any information or has ever had a Foxhound, I’d like to know. Everything, how much they eat, how much they shed, daily exercise, genetic diseases, history, etc. Nice stories about them would be great too.
Some day I might want to breed them, not on an extreme scale, but maybe with two or three b*tches and a dog or two, meaning an occaisional litter but not often. So genetic diseases and links to the standard would be great, I want to learn as much as possible about my favorite dog!
Questions about our pitt/foxhound puppies.?
Posted by: | CommentsWe just got 2 pitt/foxhound mix puppies from a friend of mine. They are brother and sister from the same litter. We have only had labs, german shepherds, and an american eskimo since my husband and I have been little. Can anyone give us any advice on our new family members. Also, do the pitt regulations apply to pitt mixes too. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
We were wondering if they were included in the law but our neighbor said that mixes weren’t included. The person that we got them from said that they would be happier if we got a second one for them to play with.
